Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flowt (“Service”), operated by Flowt (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

Flowt is an AI-powered hiring outreach platform that enables recruiters and hiring teams to source candidate profiles, generate personalised outreach sequences, and send emails from their connected business email accounts.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

You agree NOT to use Flowt to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or harassing communications
• Violate any applicable law, including data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service beyond normal use
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users’ data
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Use the Service to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

When you connect your Google or Microsoft email account:

• You authorise Flowt to send emails on your behalf using your connected account
• You retain full ownership and control of your email account
• You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Email Connections or directly from your Google/Microsoft account settings
• You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service
• You must comply with all applicable email and anti-spam laws when sending outreach
• We reserve the right to suspend your account if sending patterns suggest abuse or spam

Flowt offers the following plans:

• Free — 1 seat, limited profile searches per month
• Pro — 3 seats, expanded profile searches
• Scale — 10 seats, high-volume searches
• Enterprise — custom seats and usage; contact sales

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You represent that you have the lawful right to process the candidate data you input into the Service, and that doing so complies with applicable data protection laws.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowt. You retain ownership of any data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

You acknowledge that:

• Candidate profiles sourced through the Service are from publicly available professional networks
• You are the data controller for candidate data you process using Flowt
• You must have a legitimate basis to contact candidates under applicable law
• You must honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
• Flowt acts as a data processor on your behalf for candidate data stored in the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
