Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help us keep you logged in, understand how you use Flowt, and improve your experience.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential cookies — Required for the application to function. These include your authentication session (set by Supabase) and CSRF protection tokens. You cannot opt out of these while using the service.

Preference cookies — Remember your UI settings such as sidebar state and theme. These expire after 1 year and are stored client-side.

Analytics cookies — If you have consented, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifiable data is sent to third-party analytics platforms.

3. Third-Party Cookies

When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, those providers may set their own cookies to manage your OAuth session. Flowt does not control these cookies — please refer toGoogle’s Privacy PolicyandMicrosoft’s Privacy Statementfor details.

Flowt only requests the minimum OAuth scopes necessary: gmail.send (Gmail) and Mail.Send + User.Read (Microsoft). We never read your inbox or access any data beyond what is listed.

4. Local Storage

In addition to cookies, Flowt stores small pieces of data in your browser’s localStorage for UI state (e.g. which panel is expanded). This data never leaves your device.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in. Most browsers also allow you to see exactly which cookies are set via the developer tools (Application → Cookies).

To opt out of any optional analytics, use the cookie preference control in the Flowt account settings, or simply do not consent when prompted.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Flowt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
