How do I connect my Gmail account?

Go to Settings → Email and click "Connect Gmail". Sign in with your Google account and grant the requested permissions. Flowt only requests permission to send emails on your behalf — we never read your inbox.

How do I connect Outlook / Microsoft 365?

Go to Settings → Email and click "Connect Outlook". Sign in with your Microsoft account. Flowt requests Mail.Send and User.Read scopes only.

Can I revoke Flowt's access to my email?

Yes. You can disconnect your email account from Settings → Email at any time. To fully revoke access, you can also remove Flowt from your Google Account permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Microsoft app permissions.

Does Flowt read my inbox?

No. Flowt only requests the gmail.send scope for Gmail and the Mail.Send scope for Microsoft. We cannot and do not read, access, or store any emails in your inbox.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings → Team and enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They will receive an email with a 7-day invitation link.

What data does Flowt store about candidates?

Flowt stores candidate profiles sourced via the search API, including name, job title, employer, location, LinkedIn URL, and email (if available). All data is isolated to your organisation and never shared with other Flowt customers.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email privacy@useflowt.com with subject 'Data Deletion Request'. We will delete your account, organisation data, and all associated records within 30 days.

What plans does Flowt offer?
